DJ since 2005. Producer and composer since 2009.
I started in Barranquilla, Atlántico, in 2005, spinning vinyl under a simple name: "The Dj." A year later the project became The Other Night Radio — a name that comes from a time when radio was the only way to hear a night set, before streaming. The name stuck. That's twenty seasons running.
Since 2013 every set has been documented in a numbered series, MixSessions, now up to episode 102. On top of that there are dedicated series: Trance Surrender (six volumes between 2009 and 2014), the annual ABGT Special Mix tribute to Above & Beyond Group Therapy (now in its ninth edition), Avicii tributes since 2020, and Orígenes, a tribute to trance itself across three volumes.
Trance has been the backbone of all of it, but the sound picked up Progressive House, Tropical House, EDM, and house along the way.
Alongside all that, since 2009 I've also been writing and producing my own songs — vallenato, tropipop, and acoustic Latin pop — collected on the album Alternativo Sessions.
